Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to current operational processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined operational procedures.
• Ensure that operational processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement resource forecasting and planning strategies
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational processes and monitor performance against these metrics
• Implement data-driven decision-making processes to enhance operational performance
• Develop and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure products or services meet established standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure the continuity of business operations.
