Basic Qualifications:

1. Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales and marketing team to achieve and exceed targets.

- Establish clear performance objectives and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.

2. Business Development Strategy:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth.

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and evolving customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.

3. Sales Management:

- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closures.

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to formulate pricing strategies and sales tactics.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

4. Marketing Strategy:

- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement impactful marketing campaigns.

- Develop marketing plans aimed at enhancing brand awareness and generating high-quality leads.

- Analyze marketing data and adjust strategies to optimize performance.

5. Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the departmental budget, ensuring prudent resource allocation.

- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost-efficiency.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate regular reports on sales and marketing performance, offering actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
